Part-Time Associate Pastor
Are you called to shepherd a small, vibrant Southern Baptist congregation? Alexandria Bay Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist fellowship in beautiful Northern New York, is seeking a part-time Associate Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, and pastoral care for our church family of about 40–50 members. This position offers the opportunity to transition to Senior Pastor after approximately one year, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who senses God’s leading toward long-term pastoral ministry. Ordination, a Christian ministry degree, and seminary training are preferred but not required. Starting salary is approximately $20,000 annually, increasing to approximately $30,000 upon transition to Senior Pastor.
Seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Full-Time Assistant Pastor
Nazareth Baptist church is seeking for a full-time bilingual (Spanish and English) Assistant Pastor, to serve alongside our Senior Pastor and staff, as we evangelize the lost and disciple the believers. We are in an urban setting, on the Jersey side of the Hudson River, looking out at the city of Manhattan. Our previous Assistant Pastor has been called to lead a church in our area, after 12 years of loving, effective teamwork here. We maintain a strong outreach to our Hispanic community, but also minister effectively to the growing English-speaking portion of our congregation.
